Where sustainability meets serenity.

Prioritising sustainability throughout this project, it was a paramount goal to establish an experience that left no carbon footprint behind. Collaborating closely with the Scott Salisbury team, they transformed this vision into reality by crafting a fully self-sustainable home powered solely by solar energy and rainwater.

Leveraging an Apex Energy Solar System, they significantly diminished dependence on traditional fossil fuel energy sources, resulting in a substantial reduction in greenhouse emissions. 

Additionally, three expansive water tanks located at the rear of the property have been designed to efficiently collect rainwater, supplying Harrogate Lane’s water needs – from showers to drinking water.
