Is there a minimum night stay?

No. However we feel that to really immerse yourself into the isolation and luxury of Harrogate Lane a two night stay minimum is necessary.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed on the property.

Can I bring additional guests or children?

Harrogate Lane doesn’t offer additional bedding or accommodate additional room for children or guests not made with the booking.

How do we get there?

Directions to the property will be emailed to you once the booking has been made.

Is breakfast provided?

A complimentary breakfast is left in the retreat for you. These carefully considered boxes have been provided by Emma and Ivy in Lobethal full of lovely local delicacies.   If you have dietary requests please note these in your booking.

Can we host large gatherings?

Harrogate Lane is a retreat style accommodation and large gatherings will not be accommodated or permitted during your stay.

Can we leave the gates open during our stay?

Please ensure all gates are closed immediately at all times as this is a working farm and the safety of the animals and guests are of great importance to Harrogate Lane owners.

What do I need to bring?

Harrogate Lane offers all of the creature comforts of any boutique hotel, however we do not offer a concierge service. Please keep this in mind when planning your stay as you may like to bring specific food or other items. With Woodside only a ten minute drive away most items are easily available to purchase.

What if I run out of something?

As this is a self contained style of accommodation we have taken great care in making sure there is enough of any provided item such a dishwashing liquid for your length of stay. Any item that is used in excess and needs replenishing is the responsibility of the guest.

Is there wifi?

Yes, the wifi code will be given to guests on arrival.

How do I operate the tv, coffee machine, oven etc?

You will find instructions for appliances in the compendium.

When is check in and check out?

Check in is at 3pm and Check out is at 11am. If an early check in or late check out is required please contact felicity@harrogatelane.com.au to see if it is available.

What if I can't get in?

Policies

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 30 days of arrival.

We facilitate prepayment of the full amount from your guests before arrival
Animals
Please do not feed any animals on the property and please take care to drive slowly on the roads around the property. You are a guest in their environment and we hope that you will respect this during your stay. The safety of the animals are of great importance to everyone at Harrogate Lane. Please also take care to close gates that you drive through.
Weber BBQ
If the BBQ is used please clean it after use. If the BBQ is not cleaned at your departure date there will be an additional charge or $70 to the credit card used for the booking.
Smoking
Harrogate Lane is a smoke and e cigarette free zone across the entire property.
Safety
Given Harrogate Lane is a rural style of accommodation we encourage you to take great care of closing doors and being aware of snakes during the warmer months. If a guest does get bitten by a snake please call emergency services 000.
Fires
Please observe the local fire bans in place. Whilst there is an area provided close to the cabin for a small fire it is integral that fire ban season is always considered. Visit CFS Website
Damage & Cleanliness
Due to the high end materials, and the bespoke nature of the soft furnishings and other items, we ask that you please enjoy the complimentary slippers when you are indoors. Guests will be liable for any damages and additional cleaning services required. Theft will also be reported to the police.
